Monhegan Lobster Cove Rocks and Wave

While on Monhegan this summer, I was captured by the power of the waves even as they worked against the rocks.  After completing this painting, I decided to focus completely on waves.  This painting, then was the beginning of my exploration of wave action at Lobster Cove, Monhegan Island.
